Smoke monitors meat and pit temperatures through two probe channels and sends readings to a dedicated wireless receiver. The dashboard-style display shows current temperatures, high and low alarm settings, and minimum and maximum readings. Choose from nine colors, with the base unit, receiver, cooking probe and air probe supplied as a ready-to-use set.

Keep the instrument away from direct grill heat. Do not expose the probe tip to flames or coals, and do not fully immerse the probe cable. Follow the operating instructions for probe placement and cable protection.
